All sellers on BurnerStock.com have been vetted and approved by the staff of BurnerStock.com. Sellers must prove that they are a registered and licensed HVAC&R business in order to list items for sale on this website.
Your transactions are safe and secure. Neither the seller nor BurnerStock.com staff see your debit or credit card info. If you paid through your PayPal account, you are protected by PayPal’s buyer protection policy.

When will my order ship?
Depending on the choices made by the seller when they list the item, you will be given shipping options based on the weight and size of the item. UPS ground and overnight rates are quoted based on the weight and sizes entered. USPS Flat Rate usually delivers within 3-5 days via Priority Mail. Sellers have 24-72 hours to process your order for shipping.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using your Credit or Debit Card. Card transactions are processed securely through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay directly through your existing PayPal account.
How do I make a return?
Due to the nature of the parts sold through this website – new old stock and gently used or refurbed parts – returns are generally not accepted. There are rare cases, for example, when an item arrives damaged in shipping that a replacement part will be shipped. Should no replacement part be available, a return will be issued when a claim is filed with the shipping company.
